When the district manager is not doing the job correctly then that goes to show that he's not teaching his employees how to do it correctly either. However if the district manager is saying he's doing things on your vehicle that he is not doing then how can he expect his employees to do so. The gentleman and forms made that he's the district manager. Once I inquire about that and who the manager is on duty. When they complete my oil change and I received my receipt and I see it says they checked all the things that they did not check. And the store manager called me back and assured me that they would do this in the future. The last time I brought to their attention that they don't ever check the wiper blades the coolant level the air filter the cabin filter or the tire pressure.
So I've change the oil in my 2021 GMC at this location every time since I've bought the vehicle. I am severely upset with this company's business practice and feel this company is one big sham. When you call the customer service numbers the only option is to leave a voicemail for someone to call you back which now it's been over two months with no contacts back. I have also tried calling several Customer service lines at *******488, *******205 along with emailing the customer service department with no luck in sight of receiving any replies.

I called the Take 5 location and spoke to the manager about the incident and he suggested I purchase an aftermarket plastic replacement off of eBay and offered to zip tie it back on my vehicle.

The technicians seemed tired and overheated although I figured I could trust them to do their job with the routine oil change. My normal dealership was busy on the day I needed to get an oil change before leaving town so I decided to bring it into a Take 5. Myself, I take much pride in my vehicle maintenance, always keeping up with oil changes, and tire rotations to name the least.
